Non-refundable is the cheapest but can’t be changed or refunded. With the refundable rate: free cancellation until 23:59 (Madrid time) 2 days before arrival. After that, 50% of the booking is charged; on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking is charged.
How does the best price guarantee work?
If you find the same apartment, dates and rate cheaper on another website, we match the price and beat it by 5% (up to €100 per booking).
Can I stay for a month or longer?
Of course. From 30 nights you get the monthly rate with a discount and free cancellation up to 14 days before. The seasonal contract is signed online before you arrive.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. Send us your company details when you book or afterwards and we’ll send you the invoice.
How do I get in?
With self check-in: before you arrive we send you the code and instructions, and you can check in until midnight.
