El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y tal y como aparecía en las fotos. Jesús ha sido un anfitrión muy atento y amable, con muy buena comunicación en todo momento. Todo ha sido fácil desde la llegada hasta la salida. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable y repetiríamos encantados.

Really spacious apartment for two, more room than we expected and very clean throughout our stay. Just a couple of minutes from the metro station which made getting into central Madrid easy and everything we needed (shops, basic facilities) was right nearby. Great value for the space and location. Would definitely recommend.

All good, flat is in the Usera neighborhood, just a few steps from the Metro station. Personally, I love the Asian-Latino fusion of Usera, it’s a vibrant melting pot. The flat is spacious and clean. Just what you see in the pictures. You can cook, but have to bring your own stuff, other than salt and pepper, there was not much there. I would recommend the place for a few days, not necessarily weeks (due to the lack of daylight, and the fact it’s pretty dark inside).

Beau logement très spacieux ! Nous recommandons aux familles d’enfants plus vieux. Ne convient pas aux familles dont les parents veulent coucher les enfants (mezzanine) et, par example, écouter la télé plus tard, car l’appartement est vraiment à aire ouverte et le plancher de la mezzanine est en verre transparent. Sinon, l’appartement est très pratique, bien situé, et l’hôte répondait très rapidement a nos questions, merci beaucoup!

Aspetti positivi: L’alloggio era pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Eravamo in quattro adulti e lo abbiamo trovato spazioso e confortevole. Si trova nella zona di Usera, abbastanza tranquilla e a breve distanza dalle stazioni della metropolitana di Usera e Almendrales, entrambe ben collegate al centro di Madrid, raggiungibile in circa 20-30 minuti al massimo. Aspetti negativi: I due letti singoli situati nel soppalco erano scomodi (sia i materassi e sia i cuscini). Conclusioni: Consiglio questo alloggio. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero bellissimo e, nel complesso, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza. Buono il rapporto qualità / prezzo.
