Booking directly with us, you pay the direct price, with no middlemen. If you find the same apartment cheaper elsewhere, we match that price and beat it by 5%.
What it covers
- The same apartment, the same dates and the same number of guests.
- The same type of rate (refundable or non-refundable), comparing the final price with all charges included.
- Any public website, including Booking.com and Airbnb.
- The extra 5% is calculated on the nightly price and is capped at €100 per booking.
How to claim it
- Send us a screenshot of the lower price by email (reservas@onlycharming.com) or call +34 910 420 200.
- Do it before booking or within 24 hours of booking, and always before arrival.
- We check it and confirm the new price; if you have already paid, we refund the difference.
Exclusions
- Private prices that require logging in or membership (for example, loyalty programmes).
- Packages with flights or other services.
- Last-minute offers less than 24 hours before arrival and obvious pricing errors.
