Do you issue invoices in the company’s name?
Yes, for every stay, with all the details your finance department needs. Send us the company details when booking or afterwards.
Can you house a whole team?
Yes. We have apartments from studios to homes with four, five or six bedrooms and several bathrooms, and we can book several apartments in the same area or building.
What if the project dates change?
Tell us as soon as possible: depending on availability we extend or bring forward the departure. With the refundable rate you can also cancel according to its conditions.
Is there a better price for long stays?
Yes. From 30 nights the monthly rate applies, noticeably lower on the accommodation, and it includes bed linen, towels, fibre wifi and a fully equipped kitchen.
How does the employee get the keys?
With self check-in: before arrival we send a code and step-by-step instructions, so nobody has to wait to hand over keys. We are available by phone 24 hours a day.
