The Apartment has a really great location and has everything you need.

House rules
– Rental cots are available for €35 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host before your arrival. Guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. A smartphone with an internet connection is required to access the apartment. Guests are required to sign a temporary rental agreement. This agreement will respect the original booking conditions and must specify the rental period, confirming that the purpose of the tenancy is neither indefinite occupancy nor use of the property as the tenant’s permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s usual residential address, registered address, and the reason for the rental. Please note that if you make your reservation on the same day as your arrival, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM.
