– The pool is only open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September).
– Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €25 late check-in fee.

– Guests must sign a short-term rental agreement. This agreement will reflect the original terms of your booking and must specify the duration of the stay, stating that the rental is not intended for permanent residence. Beautiful place to stay and nice host! It’s amazing to wake up with the light shining into the main space of the apartment. Very close walk to the Retiro park and surrounded by amazing specialty cafes We stayed here for 9 nights and also used the table as a workspace, very relaxing. Will be back!
