Three outward-facing bedrooms, all with balconies, two minutes from Puerta del Sol: light, space and central Madrid at every window. With two bathrooms, air conditioning and room for six, it is perfect for families, work groups or students spending some time in the city.
One bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, another with a double bed and a third with two single beds, all outward-facing with balconies. Two full bathrooms make sharing easy.
The kitchen is equipped to cook for everyone, and there is a work area with fibre wifi. Air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable all year round.

– Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
– You will have to go up a flight of stairs from the main entrance to the elevator.
– Rental cots are available for €35 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
– Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
– The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
– Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

This is where it all begins: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the shopping streets of Preciados and Arenal are around the corner, and within a few minutes’ walk you reach the Royal Palace, the Literary Quarter or the Prado Museum. It is the centre with all the best of the centre: chocolate and churros at San Ginés, theatres, markets and life day and night.
From here, all of Madrid is within reach: you can walk almost anywhere and, when you can’t, the metro is on the corner. And when you get home, the city is still alive all around you.

Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, plus Cercanías trains) metro is a 2-minute walk; Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5, 4 min) and Sevilla (line 2, 4 min) are also very close. Bus stops are 4 minutes away (Canalejas, Metro Gran Vía and Gran Vía – Montera), with routes into the centre.
To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.

Perfect location, located at the city center of Madrid. Very near to Metro station that within 2mins walking distance. Need to take note on the check in procedure, you need to register all your guest in full details before you able to get in. I filled up on the same day of check in at 2pm+, only allowed me to check in after 9pm
