This one-bedroom apartment, with a spacious living room and a work area, will be your home while you spend some time in Madrid, for work, as a couple, with family or with friends, for up to four people.

Living by Gran Vía means having all of Madrid at hand. In the morning, the metro on the corner gets you to the office or to class; in the evening, a musical, a rooftop with views or a stroll through Malasaña and Chueca, which start two streets away. Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace and Retiro Park are a short walk, and you will never have to think twice about where to have dinner.
Callao (lines 3 and 5) metro is a 1-minute walk; Santo Domingo (line 2, 3 min) and Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5, 5 min) are also very close. Bus stops are 2 minutes away (Santo Domingo, Gran Vía – Callao and Callao), with routes into the centre.
To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.
