– The accommodation is located on level -1 and can only be accessed by going down approximately 25 stairs.
– Baby cots are available for rent at €35 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
– To access the apartment, you will need a smartphone with an internet connection.
– The guest will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This agreement respects the original terms of the reservation and must specify the duration of the contract, stating that the purpose of the rental is not the indefinite occupation of the property or its use as the guest’s primary residence. It must also include the guest’s permanent address, the address at which they are officially registered, and the reason for the rental.
