– Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
– Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
– Smoking is allowed only on the balconies.
– Parties, excessive drinking, drug use inside the apartment, loud music, shouting in the stairwell or in the doorway, and any inappropriate behavior that may disturb the neighbors are prohibited. The owner reserves the right to call the police in case of a disturbance or complaint from the neighbors. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the eviction of guests and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
– Pets are not allowed without prior written approval.
– Rental cots are available for €35 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
– The elevator is very old and often malfunctions, so its use is not allowed for tenants.
– The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
– The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.
– Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
– The building’s elevator does not go up to the first floor.
– It is not necessary to turn off the light in the lobby or hallway, there are no switches in these two areas. The light turns on and off automatically by motion sensors.
– Remember that this is a historic building and although we have renovated the plumbing, the main downpipes are old. There are waste bins in all bathrooms. It is forbidden to throw objects, cotton, sanitary pads, make-up remover wipes, etc. into the toilet. Any blockage due to misuse will be paid for by the guest.
– We have garbage bins under each sink. There is a garbage room in the entrance hall (going down the stairs to the right) open 24 hours a day. For hygiene reasons, please take your waste out at least once a day in a closed bag. Please leave glass bottles in the kitchen and we will take them to a special recycling container.
– Please use the extractor fan when cooking to avoid bad smells in the house.
– If you lose a key, for each lost set the guest will pay 100 euros more, in addition to paying the locksmith’s bill if necessary.
– If you leave the Moon key on the inside because that door does not accept two keys at the same time and we could not open it, the locksmith will have to come at the cost to the guest.
– There are two fire extinguishers: One in the dressing room of the Moon bathroom closet and another in the entrance next to the sideboard.
– Washer/dryer: If you are going to need to use these machines, ask how they work at check-in so that I can show you the buttons to press, but basically it is to press the on/off button, put the programmer where the sign is (I have drawn a blue dot) and press the “start/start” button. You will find detergent in the Laundry closet in the lobby.
– There is 1 NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, which you can find in any supermarket. Please let us know if you will be using it at check-in so we can show you how it works. Make sure there is water in the tank. 1st) Plug it in. 2nd) To open the drawer and insert the capsule, you must first lift the lid and lower it again once the drawer is closed. 3rd) Press the on/off button and wait for it to turn green. 4th) Choose the coffee concentration level. 5th) Move the lever to the red side and the coffee will fall into the cup.
– We have an electric kettle for your infusions (in the main kitchen high cabinet).
– There is a toaster, juicer, microwave, baking and baking moulds, pressure cooker and mixer. You will find pots, pans and everything you need to cook your favourite dishes.
– There are 2 irons (in the laundry room in the lobby and in the dressing room of the Moon bathroom there is also a board). Please return it to its place after use.
– There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
– The intercom to open the gate from the street is behind the door of the Moon apartment.
– The elevator does not stop on the floor where the apartment is located.
– Check in after 10.00 pm incurs an additional charge of €25.
– ADDITIONAL GUESTS: The fee for additional guests applies to the entire stay, so the price per night must be multiplied by all the days of the booking, regardless of whether the extra guest stays for all the days or not.
– There is a private laundry room equipped with an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, and dryer.
– There are hairdryers and soap dispensers with shower gel in each bathroom.
– There are 2 fire extinguishers, one in Moon’s walk-in wardrobe and another in the entrance hall.
– There are 4 air conditioning units (hot/cold) with remote controls mounted on the wall. There are 2 LED televisions, one of which is 50 inches.
– The LED lighting in the dining room can be adjusted in both intensity and colour using a remote control.
– The key handover (check-in) will take place at a different address from the apartment, located just a few minutes away. The apartment will be ready from 3:30 p.m., but feel free to contact me if you arrive in Madrid earlier.
