You are in Arganzuela, a well-connected residential area between Atocha and Madrid Río, the large riverside park along the Manzanares with miles of paths, playgrounds and bike lanes. Nearby are Matadero, one of the city’s most interesting cultural centres, the Planetarium, Tierno Galván Park and the Railway Museum.
It is an excellent choice for enjoying Madrid at a calmer pace: quiet, great value, a few stops from the centre and with green spaces for walks or sport.

The nearest station is Delicias (line 3, plus Cercanías trains), 4 minutes on foot. Within a few minutes you also reach Palos de La Frontera (line 3, 7 min) and Embajadores (lines 3 and 5, plus Cercanías trains, 11 min). If you prefer the bus, there are stops one minute away: Ferrocarril, Santa María de la Cabeza and Santa María de la Cabeza – 1927.
By car, quick access to the M-30. To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.

The location is great and the apartment has all the basic amenities to a short stay The mattress from the main room was in very bad shape, so it was very difficult to rest on the mattress. We have informed the owner but not actions were taken
