My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Madrid. It was comfortable, secure, and in a great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and many of the sights we wanted to see. The co-host and his entire team were wonderful-friendly, attentive, and very responsive. Whenever we had a question or an issue, they responded quickly and made everything easy for us. Their attention to our needs really added to our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be happy to stay here again when visiting Madrid. – This accommodation is not suitable for stag or hen parties or similar parties.
– The swimming pools are communal and will only be open during the summer season on dates determined by the homeowners’ association. Please remember that upon check-out, you must leave your pool passes inside the apartment before 11:00 AM. If any passes are missing, we will be obliged to charge a replacement fee. Thank you for your cooperation!
– Cots are available for rent for €35 / stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host in advance of your arrival.
