Room for six, neighbourhood calm and Madrid’s largest park a short walk away. This spacious apartment next to Casa de Campo, with its lake, cable car and zoo, is perfect for families, work groups or students spending some time in Madrid who want to stay together comfortably, with Alto de Extremadura metro six minutes away to reach the centre in no time.
The layout is a lovely surprise: two bedrooms with double beds and, from the living room, a staircase leading up to a raised area with a third double bed, a special corner the youngest usually claim on day one.
The living room is spacious and bright, perfect for getting together at the end of the day, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for everyone. A washer and dryer, blackout curtains and fibre wifi make you feel right at home.

La estancia fue agradable si bien la zona es delicada. Los taxis no quieren llevarte a esa zona. El aparcamiento es muy complicado.

A comfortable apartment with three double beds and a sofa bed – perfect for a larger family. A few minor issues that didn’t significantly impact the stay. The area is close to the city center, well-connected, but not particularly interesting. But for a stay and sightseeing, it’s an ideal place. The apartment is modern and clean. I recommend it.

This was a very comfortable place. Easy taxi ride to city center, and walkable to restaurants and the market. We hope to return to Madrid and would stay here again.

– There is a flight of stairs before reaching the lift, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The auxiliary room of the duplex has a staircase that may not be completely safe for children.

– Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
– The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

Alto de Extremadura (line 6) metro is a 6-minute walk; Lucero (line 6, 10 min) and Laguna (line 6, plus Cercanías trains, 15 min) are also very close. Bus stops are one minute away (Vicente Camarón – Costanilla de Los Olivos, Paseo Olivos – Costanilla de Los Olivos and Vicente Camarón – Av. de Los Apóstoles), with routes into the centre.
