With air conditioning, a dishwasher and a work area, it is perfect for families, work groups or students who want to live one of Madrid’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
The two levels give everyone their own space: one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds, a sofa bed in the living room and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub.
The patio is a small luxury in the city centre, and the kitchen, with a dishwasher, is ready to cook for everyone. A work area with fibre wifi, air conditioning and heating.

Chueca is open, cheerful and diverse, and you feel it in every street: design shops, cafés with terraces, San Antón Market and some of Madrid’s trendiest restaurants. Gran Vía is on one side, Salesas and Alonso Martínez on the other, and Malasaña starts across Fuencarral.
You are right in the centre, with the metro a few minutes away to get around the city, and the best atmosphere in Madrid without leaving the neighbourhood.

The nearest station is Tribunal (lines 1 and 10), 3 minutes on foot. Within a few minutes you also reach Chueca (line 5, 5 min) and Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5, 8 min). If you prefer the bus, there are stops 2 minutes away: San Ildefonso, Valverde and Tribunal.
To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.
