– Guests are required to present a valid ID document at check-in.
– Parties and similar events are not permitted at the property.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in the building’s communal areas.
– Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
– Parties, events, excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, loud music, throwing objects out of windows, shouting in the stairwell or entrance hall, and any other inappropriate behaviour that may disturb others are strictly prohibited. The owner reserves the right to call the police in the event of disturbances or complaints from neighbours.
– Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

– Please do not make noise after 10pm.
– In the home it is forbidden to have parties, celebrate events, drink excess alcohol, use drugs, play loud music, throw things out the windows, yell on the stairs or in the hall and any improper behavior that may be annoying. The owner reserves the right to call the police in case of scandal and complaint from neighbors.
– When you arrive at the accommodation you must pay a deposit of € 1,000 by credit card, it will be refunded upon departure in the same medium, before 14 days of your checkout date.
– Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to an additional fee of €25.
– Baby cots are available to rent for €35 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host before your arrival.
– You will need a smartphone with an internet connection to access the apartment.
– Guests are required to sign a temporary rental agreement. This agreement complies with the original booking conditions and must specify the duration of the rental, stating that the purpose of the rental is neither indefinite occupation of the property nor its use as a permanent residence. It must also include the guest’s usual residential address, the address where they are officially registered, and the reason for the rental.
– Subletting this property, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
– Filming and audiovisual productions of any kind, including their distribution, are prohibited inside the building and apartment without the owner’s express written permission.
– Do not flush objects, cotton, sanitary pads, wet wipes or similar items down the toilet. Guests will be responsible for any blockages caused by improper use.
– For hygiene reasons, please take out the rubbish every evening in a securely tied bag and place it in the communal bin, except on Sundays. There is also a rubbish room in basement level 2 that is open 24 hours a day.
– Please use the extractor fan when cooking and keep its filters clean to prevent unpleasant odours. The filters can be washed in the dishwasher.
– Please always take your keys with you when leaving the apartment. Any locksmith costs incurred will be charged to the guest.
– If your keys are lost or stolen while you are away from the property, you will be responsible for the locksmith’s fees and the cost of replacing the keys.
– Guests expressly acknowledge that failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction and cancellation of the reservation without any refund.
– Please note that the rooms have individual split air-conditioning units, and they cannot all be used simultaneously. Only the units in the rooms being occupied may be switched on. Otherwise, electrical problems may occur.
– Check-in after 8:00 PM has a supplement of €25.
– Rental cots are available for €35 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
– Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
– The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
– The total or partial sublease of this property is totally prohibited.
– Inside the building and the apartment, filming and audiovisual productions of any kind and dissemination are prohibited without the express written authorization of the owner.
– Do not throw objects, cotton, compresses, wipes, etc. to the toilet. Any traffic jam due to misuse will be paid by the guest.
– For hygiene, take out the garbage every night in a closed bag to the community container, except on Sundays. In addition, there is a garbage room in basement 2 open 24 hours.
– Please use the extractor when cooking and keep the filters clean to avoid bad odors (they can be put in the dishwasher).
– Do not forget to always leave the house with the keys. In the event that locksmith expenses are incurred, they will be borne by the guest.
– If the guest has lost the keys outside the home, or if they were stolen, they will have to pay the locksmith’s expense and the replacement of keys.
– Please use the water and light only when you need it. We appreciate you turning everything off before leaving your apartment.
– The guest expressly accepts that failure to comply with these rules may lead to the eviction of guests and cancellation of the reservation without any refund of money.
