Zentraler Ort gleich beim Bahnhof Attocha, somit ideal gelegen für Besichtigungen in Madrid zu Fuss und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es hat alles für’s tägliche Leben wie Lebensmittel- und sonstige Läden in der Nähe. Auch gibt es viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Es ist eine ältere Wohnung, aber gut unterhalten. Zur Zeit, als wir dort waren (Herbst) war es sehr ruhig im ganzen Gebäude. Schade finde ich nur, dass der Vermieter nicht per Telefon / Handy kontaktiert werden kann. Es läuft alles über the Charming Concept. Wichtiger Hinweis: man braucht Handy mit Internet, die Haupteingangstür kann nur via Handy geöffnet werden.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, al lado de Atocha con muchos restaurantes cerca, buen vecindario, dos habitaciones, limpio, la atención al cliente muy buena, no tiene aire acondicionado pero con los ventiladores es más que suficiente (por lo menos en esta época del año).

El alojamiento era tal cual se mostraba en las fotos. Estaba limpio lo unico que co vendria darle un repaso a las aspas de los ventiladores. Tubimos un problema con la tv y al final nos los soluciono. El alojamiento es recomendable para otros viajeros.

A casa é muito espaçosa, organizada, e tinha tudo o que precisava, o único problema na minha estadia foi não conseguir usar a Tv, de resto foi tudo ótimo!!

Group of 4 people over here and our stay was perfect. 2 beds/2 rooms was just enough for us. The location was really good, proximity to everything it was what we were looking for and he mostly used the place to sleep. I do recommend this spot, don’t overthink and book it!
