Imóvel localizado em ponto estratégico para quem vai a turismo. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé. O prédio não tem elevador, o que pode ser ruim quando se tem muita bagagem. Cama e banho bons, e cozinha bem equipada fazem com que a estadia seja como se estivesse em casa. Rua calma. Recomendo consultar por mercados próximos ao apartamento para evitar gastos com as conveniências, que abusam nos preços de mercadorias de segunda categoria.

This apartment worked very well for my husband and myself along with our adult son. It was very clean and comfortable! It has one full bathroom and another bathroom with just a sink and toilet. The street that it’s on is very quiet and well lit at night. All the sites were walking from the apartment.

Die Unterkunft von Aurelio war wir beschrieben. Für uns zwei Paare gut aufgeteilt (Schlafzimmer sind nicht nebeneinander). Es gibt viel Stauraum durch diverse Regale und Schränke

Un excellent séjour à Madrid en famille dans l’appartement d’Aurelio. L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé dans le centre-ville de Madrid ce qui permet de tout faire à pied, la rue est calme pour un confort du repos. L’appartement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Aurelio est très agréable et disponible, je recommande vivement ce logement et j’y retournerai avec plaisir !

Ce logement est vraiment bien équipé, c’était très agréable. Beaucoup de placards. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Appartement spacieux, sans aucun bruit. Super bien situé pour visiter les quartiers incontournables de Madrid. Notre séjour a été parfait. Gros coup de cœur pour ce logement parfait en tous points et très bien situé.

An amazing place close to anything in Madrid. You do have some stairs to do but other than that it’s the best. Good host. Great places to sleep. Everything you need is there.
