La ubicación está excelente, a unos pasos hay súper y metro. La limpieza super bien. Me encantó que la lava/secadora funcionara perfecto, para nosotros fue indispensable. La cuna para mi bebé estuvo muy bien con sus sábanas aunque se tiene que pedir con antelación. El lugar es chico y fue justo para nosotros 2 con nuestra bebé, tal vez por ser Madrid y por la zona pero sin duda fue suficiente. Algunas veces nos pasó que los seguros para entrar no funcionaban con la aplicación, solo nos pasó como dos veces. Las personas siempre al pendiente siempre. Sin duda volvería!

Our stay coincided with a Shakira concert, so we probably paid a premium for this stay. The apartment is adequate, but once we had two open suitcases, there was not a lot of room to move. The air conditioning worked very well, and there was a good amount of natural lighting. We appreciated the fast responses when we needed to contact the host.

You live at Spain’s kilometre zero: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Calle Preciados and Gran Vía are a short walk away, as are the Royal Palace, the Teatro Real and the Literary Quarter. This is the Madrid of theatres, shops, chocolate cafés and traditional taverns.
From here, all of Madrid is within reach: you can walk almost anywhere and, when you can’t, the metro is on the corner. And when you get home, the city is still alive all around you.

The nearest station is Tirso de Molina (line 1), 3 minutes on foot. Within a few minutes you also reach Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, plus Cercanías trains, 5 min) and La Latina (line 5, 7 min). If you prefer the bus, there are stops one minute away: Conde de Romanones – Tirso De Molina, Benavente and Atocha – Jacinto Benavente.
To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.
