A charming attic in the heart of the city, five minutes from Puerta del Sol and the Literary Quarter. Cosy, with air conditioning and a lift, it will be your home while you spend some time in Madrid, for work or pleasure, alone or as a couple.
The sloping ceilings give it a special, very cosy character. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room a comfortable sofa and TV to unwind at the end of the day.

In 4 minutes on foot you are at Tirso de Molina (line 1) metro, and Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, plus Cercanías trains, 5 min) and Antón Martín (line 1, 7 min) are also close by. Buses stop one minute away, at Atocha – Jacinto Benavente, Benavente and San Sebastián – Atocha.

El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos. Tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca de todo, y es muy cómodo para una pareja. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y todo dentro del apartamento se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. Además, cuenta con todas las amenidades indicadas. La empresa que administra el alojamiento es muy seria y responde inmediatamente ante cualquier solicitud. Quizás me faltó comunicarles durante la estadía que el agua caliente dura un tiempo limitado, pero es algo que se puede sobrellevar. Aun así, volvería a hospedarme allí sin dudarlo.

La ubicación es inmejorable, estás en pleno centro cerca de todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad. También tienes muchos restaurantes y supermercados alrededor, lo cual ha sido muy cómodo y conveniente. El apartamento es acogedor y muy bonito, con todas las comodidades para cocinar, productos de cortesía de limpieza personal. No sabíamos que en Madrid la basura la recogen a partir de las 20h. Y al salir por la mañana, al no encontrar cubos para tirarlas, nos han facilitado la tarea diciendo que ellos podían encargarse de ello. ¡Muy amable de su parte!
