Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large kitchen in a bright, outward-facing, newly renovated flat, in one of Madrid’s liveliest areas, between Malasaña and Chamberí. With air conditioning, a dishwasher and a dryer, and room for eight, it is perfect for families, work groups or students spending some time together in the city.
Three bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds, plus two full bathrooms. Light comes in from everywhere and yet the home is surprisingly quiet.
The large kitchen, with a dishwasher, invites group cooking, and the washer and dryer make daily life easier. A work area with fibre wifi, air conditioning and heating. Restaurants, cinemas and supermarkets just metres away.

El alojamiento sencillamente espectacular, me encantó porque se sentía como en casa, tenia todo lo que necesitaba, muy limpio y la zona muy tranquila, con restaurante cerca , supermercados, estación del metro a 5 minutos caminando. Fue mi primera experiencia alquilando con Airbnb y mejor no pudo ser, los anfitriones respondían al momento, incluso fueron muy amables de recibirme antes de la hora de check in debido a que mi vuelo llegó mucho antes. Si vuelvo a rentar un apartamento definitivamente sería con ustedes. Gracias por sus atenciones, y por las instalaciones tan impecables.

San Bernardo (lines 2 and 4) metro is a 4-minute walk; Quevedo (line 2, 8 min) and Ventura Rodríguez (line 3, 9 min) are also very close. Bus stops are 3 minutes away (Metro San Bernardo, Conde Duque bus stop (4139), Calle del Conde Duque, Madrid, Spain and Conde Duque), with routes into the centre.
To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.
