Four minutes from Acacias metro and a stroll from Madrid Río and La Latina, this apartment has air conditioning and a dishwasher, and will be your home while you spend some time in Madrid, for work, as a couple, with family or with friends.
The bedroom has a double bed and the living room a sofa bed for two more guests, so up to four can stay comfortably. The renovation has made it cosy and practical, with every corner well used.
The kitchen, with a dishwasher, is ready for everyday home life. Air conditioning, heating and fibre wifi keep you comfortable all year round.

The location is the perfect thing of this apartment. There are bust stops just outside of the building and the metro is nearby. You can travel through Madrid with easiness. It was really clean and organized, the kitchen is modern and new. The downside is the comfort: – The bed was slightly damaged with the mattress leaning towards the middle. Luckily there is a second sofa bed. This is why I give it 4 stars. For the price I would expect more, but overall it’s a good option if you need to stay in a good position in Madrid 🙂

Arganzuela is one of those neighbourhoods that win over anyone who discovers them: quiet, with long-standing neighbours and a step from Madrid Río, perfect for a run, a riverside walk or a bike ride to Matadero. The Planetarium, Tierno Galván Park and Atocha station are close, and the centre is a few metro stops away.

In 4 minutes on foot you are at Acacias (line 5) metro, and Puerta de Toledo (line 5, 5 min) and Embajadores (lines 3 and 5, plus Cercanías trains, 7 min) are also close by. Buses stop 2 minutes away, at Toda la calle, Acacias and Julián Calle Espada.
By car, quick access to the M-30. To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.
