You are in Arganzuela, a well-connected residential area between Atocha and Madrid Río, the large riverside park along the Manzanares with miles of paths, playgrounds and bike lanes. Nearby are Matadero, one of the city’s most interesting cultural centres, the Planetarium, Tierno Galván Park and the Railway Museum.
It is an excellent choice for enjoying Madrid at a calmer pace: quiet, great value, a few stops from the centre and with green spaces for walks or sport.

Puerta de Toledo (line 5) metro is a 2-minute walk; Pirámides (line 5, plus Cercanías trains, 6 min) and Acacias (line 5, 8 min) are also very close. Bus stops are one minute away (Puerta de Toledo, Metro Puerta de Toledo and Toledo – La Paloma), with routes into the centre.
By car, quick access to the M-30. To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.
