Arganzuela is one of those neighbourhoods that win over anyone who discovers them: quiet, with long-standing neighbours and a step from Madrid Río, perfect for a run, a riverside walk or a bike ride to Matadero. The Planetarium, Tierno Galván Park and Atocha station are close, and the centre is a few metro stops away.

If you prefer the bus, there are stops 2 minutes away: Ferrocarril, Estación de Delicias and Delicias – Cáceres.
By car, quick access to the M-30. To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.

Apartamento muy cómodo. Tiene cosas muy completas, el hecho de tener lavadora también es un plus, pues facilita el tener que ir a lavanderías. A nivel de instrumentos muy completa y a su vez también muy buen aire acondicionado. Camas cómodas, y lugar muy cercano al metro.
