Renovated, quiet and between Plaza Mayor and Plaza de Jacinto Benavente, in the heart of historic Madrid, with a pool in the building for hot days. With two double bedrooms, a bathtub, a dryer and room for five, it is perfect for families, work groups or students spending some time in Madrid.
Two bedrooms with double beds, one of them inner-facing and very quiet, and a living room with a double sofa bed and TV to unwind at the end of the day. There is a work area with fibre wifi.

You live at Spain’s kilometre zero: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Calle Preciados and Gran Vía are a short walk away, as are the Royal Palace, the Teatro Real and the Literary Quarter. This is the Madrid of theatres, shops, chocolate cafés and traditional taverns.
From here, all of Madrid is within reach: you can walk almost anywhere and, when you can’t, the metro is on the corner. And when you get home, the city is still alive all around you.

El departamento está muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación es ideal. Está cerca de todo ya sea caminando o tomando transporte público. Solo debo mencionar como inconveniente que el servicio de Internet falló todo el tiempo. Había que resetear constantemente el módem. Y lo otro es que si bien hasta el día anterior la comunicación fue constante, el día de la llegada no teníamos el código de acceso al departamento estando ya dentro del horario del check in y tardamos en comunicarnos con alguien ya que responde una IA lo cual es muy frustrante. Gastamos bastante para hablar por teléfono y que alguien nos atendiera. Gracias al encargado del edificio pudimos resolver todo más rápido.
