An outward-facing open-plan living room and kitchen with a balcony, and two inner bedrooms for silent nights, three minutes from Puerta de Toledo metro and a stroll from La Latina and Madrid Río. With two bathrooms, air conditioning and a dishwasher, it is perfect for families, work groups or students spending some time in Madrid.
The best of both worlds: light and the balcony in the daytime area, and calm in the bedrooms, both with double beds. Two bathrooms make sharing easy.

The kitchen, with a dishwasher, is fully equipped, and there is a work area with fibre wifi. Air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable all year round.

Very nice area all around center of it. A lot to do but the place is very tiny. Has tiny apartments and neighbors will easily complain for anything they hear, music, talking. If i had known i would have gone to a more private place. More room. Also i asked for more towels and they told me to wash the dirty towels. The towels were not enough. Overall ok experience but could have been better.

Чудові нещодавно відремонтовані апартаменти у серці Ла Латина з його неповторною атмосферою. Є все необхідне, в квартирі не спекотно навіть у мадридську спеку. Уважний господар. Швидкий вай-фай. Неподалік станція метро і зупинки автобусів, також є в доступності підземні паркінги, зокрема Ла Латіна.

Nossa estada no espaço do David foi bem tranquila e agradável. O espaço que encontramos correspondia completamente à descrição. Destacamos a zona de estar como bem arranjada e muito cómoda para quatro pessoas, assim como a cozinha moderna, funcional e bem equipada. As casas de banho e demais instalações e equipamentos, como os aparelhos de ar condicionado, são novos e funcionam muito bem, exceto pela dificuldade inicial que tivemos com a fechadura da porta de entrada no prédio. O bairro é bem tranquilo, e, se caminhamos um pouco encontramos boas opções de bares e restaurantes, pois o apartamento está na fronteira do bairro La Latina. Gostamos da feira de antiguidades que acontece aos domingos de manhã no bairro. Definitivamente o espaço é uma boa opção para uma estada em Madrid!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Madrid. In La Latina, Madrid is lived in the street: tapas on Cava Baja, vermouth on Plaza de la Paja, sunsets at Las Vistillas and the Rastro every Sunday. The Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor are a few minutes away, and Madrid Río is a short stroll for a run or a break.

It is a lively neighbourhood with a village soul, the kind that makes you feel like a Madrileño from your very first stroll, with the city’s best tapas scene always close by.
Puerta de Toledo (line 5) metro is a 3-minute walk; Acacias (line 5, 7 min) and La Latina (line 5, 7 min) are also very close. Bus stops are 2 minutes away (Toda la calle, Metro Puerta de Toledo and Puerta de Toledo), with routes into the centre.

To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.
