Lo bueno: – Ubicacion central – Entrada autonoma – Cocina bien equipada Lo malo: – No apto para el verano. Un cuarto no tiene ventilador, y el que si tiene solo funciona a una velocidad muy baja (no había control remoto) – El baño necesita atención. Las tuberias estan congestionadas y tanto el lavabo como la ducha rebozaban el agua lo que hacia dificil mantener la limpieza – El balcon es muy pequeño, la mitad lo ocupa el equipo del AC, no apto para desayunos como dice en el anuncio.

Nuestra estancia de 15 días fue excelente. El apartamento es exactamente como aparece en el anuncio: limpio, cómodo, bien equipado y muy bien cuidado. La ubicación es uno de sus mayores atractivos; se puede llegar caminando al centro de Madrid y la estación de metro está muy cerca, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse por la ciudad. Francisco fue un gran anfitrión, siempre atento, amable y con una comunicación rápida cuando lo necesitamos. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estancia y el apartamento resultó ideal para una estancia larga.

To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.

El apartamento cuenta con lo necesario para una cómoda estadía de largos periodos. Cabe resaltar la amplitud del apartamento y su ubicación central, con fácil acceso a diferentes medios de transporte público, excelentes panaderías, cafés, restaurantes, anticuarios, mercados y barrios tradicionales de Madrid que aún conservan mucho de su autenticidad y belleza originales. La cocina está bien equipada y las camas son cómodas. Por mejorar incluiría la programación del sistema de calefacción del agua en la ducha. A veces sale agua hirviendo y a veces congelada y es difícil lograr un punto medio y que se mantenga allí por más de 3 minutos. El edificio necesita mejor conservación por dentro. Quizás estaban por iniciar arreglos y por eso encontramos las paredes en mal estado. Finalmente, la comunicación puede ser un poco difícil. Las respuestas automatizadas de IA no siempre son acertadas, y el proceso de entrada al edificio sería mucho más sencillo con una llave en lugar de un app.
