– About the location: The apartment is located near Calle Montera, a central and busy street in Madrid. The area has historically been known for adult entertainment venues, some of which are still present in certain buildings. While these businesses are increasingly less common and are subject to regulation, you may occasionally see people offering sexual services on the street. We prefer to mention this so you can make an informed decision before booking. The area is in the heart of Madrid and there is a police station on the same street.

– The apartment is next to Calle Montera. This street is popularly known for some brothels; they are now tightly controlled and cause no trouble, but you may notice people engaged in prostitution on the street, although it is less and less common and these businesses still exist in several buildings on the street. They only operate in daylight and there is a police station on the same street, so safety in the heart of Madrid is fully guaranteed. We like to mention it because there is one in our building: we assure you it causes no disturbance or problem, but you may see someone at the door and along the street. We prefer you to be aware in case it is a concern for you.
