The key pickup was located in a different location than the property. That was disclosed in the listing. The pickup location looked like a residential apartment. I found that confusing as well as having to decide what button to push to get in. Fortunately for me,someone was walking out and saw my confused look, let me in and told me where to go. The staff at the management company could not have been nicer. Honestly. It’s just a few minutes walk from the management company to the apartment. For just about everyone getting to the apartment would have been simple. Our complication was that we were driving a rental car into Madrid from LaGuardia we planned on dropping off while one of us took the luggage into the apartment. It’s a busy location and it was tough. We were pleased with the space. The view is spectacular. Apartment was perfectly clean. The washer/ dryer combo does not dry well but we discovered a during rack. Great location, we walked everywhere.

¡Excelente estadía! El departamento está impecable, ubicado en pleno centro de Madrid, con una luminosidad hermosa y unas vistas impresionantes. Los anfitriones fueron de diez en todo momento. Un detalle que me pareció un verdadero juegazo de su parte: al tener mi siguiente check-in a las 15:00 hs, se ofrecieron a guardarme las valijas sin problema hasta esa hora para que pudiera aprovechar el día con tranquilidad. Como único detalle constructivo, estaría buenísimo que adapten la cantidad de cápsulas de café a los días de la estadía, ya que solo dejaron dos para tres días y dan ganas de tomarse alguna más por la mañana. De todas formas no es ningún inconveniente, porque al bajar hay un montón de cafeterías excelentes a pocos pasos. Definitivamente un lugar al que volvería a ir sin dudarlo. ¡Súper recomendado!

The place was incredible! Everything was very clean, the city views were amazing, and the location was perfect. It was very central and walkable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
