Ev harika bir hanın içinde ve şehrin tam göbeğinde, yürüyerek en can alıcı yerlere 5 dakikaydı. Alışveriş yapıp yorulunca hemen eve gidip dinlenebiliyorsun eşyalarını bırakabiliyorsun, görülmesi gereken yerlere çok rahat ulaşıyorsun ve en güzel restoranlara da öyle. Metro ve otobüs olanakları da vardı ancak biz hiç ihtiyaç duymadık. Girişte karşılayan arkadaş çok güler yüzlüydü eve girmek çok kolaydı ve tüm ekip çok yardımseverdi. Ev tertemiz iki kişi için oldukça yeterli büyüklükte. Özellikle temizlik konusunda benden tam puanı aldı, bulaşıklar için size tek kullanımlık deterjan ve sünger bile düşünmüşler. Madrid’e geliyorsanız başka adres aramayın bence.

Hey Everyone, This apartment is exactly as seen in the pictures. Location could not be more central. The property is in a courtyard that closes to the public at 10pm so you are well protected from the noise and surrounding business of the streets which is a major plus. The apartment is very small but similar to a decent size hotel room or small suite. Has a small kitchenette with everything you need including hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. All kitchen utensils and crockery provided. Apartment is on the 1st floor with access via stairs, no lift. Check in was no problem, took a little while to find but you’ll get there. I was not expecting Madrid to be so manic so I would probably choose to stay somewhere less busy the next time but if you want to be in the heart of Sol I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

The space was immaculate upon entering. The neighborhood was lively but perfectly quiet once I was ready for bed. There were great grocery stores, cafes and restaurants/ bars within a 5 min walking distance. The service from the host was impeccable and truly made the experience all around perfect. Cannot recommend this place more. Literally a perfect stay.

El departamento es muy comodo, muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. A pesar de estar muy centrico es muy silencioso.Muy buen aire acondicionado que utilizamos dado las altas temperaturas que habia en Madrid. La unica sugerencia seria que cambien el colchón dado que esta muy undido y no resulta tan cómodo. Buena estadia, para volver

I had a great stay! The location is fantastic—very central and within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, as well as plenty of shopping. Although it’s located in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, so I slept very well. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

From here, all of Madrid is within reach: you can walk almost anywhere and, when you can’t, the metro is on the corner. And when you get home, the city is still alive all around you.
To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.
