This is an apartment that makes you want to stay: light pours in and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The bedroom has a double bed and blackout curtains for uninterrupted rest, and the living room is the perfect spot to read, watch a film or plan the weekend.

Arganzuela is one of those neighbourhoods that win over anyone who discovers them: quiet, with long-standing neighbours and a step from Madrid Río, perfect for a run, a riverside walk or a bike ride to Matadero. The Planetarium, Tierno Galván Park and Atocha station are close, and the centre is a few metro stops away.
It is an excellent choice for enjoying Madrid at a calmer pace: quiet, great value, a few stops from the centre and with green spaces for walks or sport.

In 4 minutes on foot you are at Legazpi (lines 3 and 6) metro, and Arganzuela-Planetario (line 6, 11 min) and Delicias (line 3, plus Cercanías trains, 12 min) are also close by. Buses stop one minute away, at Guillermo de Osma, Casa del Reloj and Legazpi – Matadero.
By car, quick access to the M-30. To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.

Muy buena estancia. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. La ubicación para mí es genial; conocía ya la zona y precisamente buscaba alojarme por allí. Está muy bien comunicada, con metro y autobuses cerca, además de supermercados, restaurantes y cafeterías a pocos minutos. Madrid Río está a solo 5-10 minutos andando y se llega al centro de Madrid en unos 15-20 minutos en metro. Todo estuvo muy bien; volvería a alojarme aquí en mi próximo viaje a Madrid.

This was my second time visiting Madrid, and I wanted to stay close to where my brother lives. Luisa’s place was absolutely perfect for that. The apartment was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. After walking around the city in 36–38°C heat every day, coming back to a refreshing shower and the incredibly comfortable bed was exactly what we needed. The location is excellent—we walked to many of Madrid’s main attractions, and it’s also very close to the metro, Atocha train station, and several bus lines, making it easy to get anywhere. Luisa was a wonderful host, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Madrid. Highly recommended!
