You are right by Gran Vía, Madrid’s grand avenue: theatres and musicals, cinemas, flagship stores, rooftop bars with views and some of the city’s liveliest restaurants. Puerta del Sol, Callao, Chueca and Malasaña are a few minutes’ walk away.
It is the perfect place to live Madrid to the full: the metro on your doorstep to get around the city and, as evening falls, the best atmosphere without taking any transport.

The nearest station is Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5), one minute on foot. Within a few minutes you also reach Sevilla (line 2, 5 min) and Callao (lines 3 and 5, 6 min). If you prefer the bus, there are stops one minute away: Gran Vía – Montera, Metro Gran Vía and Hortaleza.
To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.

Nuestra experiencia en el apartamento de Mikel fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo en Gran Vía, lo que nos permitió disfrutar Madrid caminando y tener todo cerca. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y perfectamente preparado para nuestra estancia. Pero sin duda, lo que más destacamos fue la atención de Mikel: siempre estuvo pendiente, respondió rápidamente y nos hizo sentir muy bien atendidos. Nos vamos muy contentos y, sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid. 100% recomendado.
