You are in Arganzuela, a well-connected residential area between Atocha and Madrid Río, the large riverside park along the Manzanares with miles of paths, playgrounds and bike lanes. Nearby are Matadero, one of the city’s most interesting cultural centres, the Planetarium, Tierno Galván Park and the Railway Museum.
It is an excellent choice for enjoying Madrid at a calmer pace: quiet, great value, a few stops from the centre and with green spaces for walks or sport.

The nearest station is Palos de La Frontera (line 3), 5 minutes on foot. Within a few minutes you also reach Estación del Arte (line 1, 6 min) and Atocha (line 1, plus Cercanías trains, 7 min). If you prefer the bus, there are stops 2 minutes away: Atocha, Delicias – Atocha and Museo Reina Sofía.
By car, quick access to the M-30. To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.
