Retiro (line 2) metro is a 9-minute walk; Banco de España (line 2, 9 min) and Recoletos (Cercanías trains, 12 min) are also very close. Bus stops are 6 minutes away (Cibeles, Alfonso XII – Jardín Botánico and Cibeles – Ayuntamiento), with routes into the centre.
To get to the airport, take Cercanías line C-1 from Atocha or Recoletos, metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios or the Airport Express bus from Atocha.

Absolutely perfect location. Directly on the park and 15 min walk to anything. Host had very good communication and came to the house for anything we needed. The only complaint was not being able to check in until 10 AM even though we booked an extra day the day before we arrived. I would recommend this apartment and this host.
